Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are able to ship to anywhere within mainland UK only.

We are hoping to open up shipping to more places soon!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days.

Do you offer priority shipping?

Currently we only offer standard shipping but we hope to offer priority shipping in the future.

What if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to megan@nutmegbooks.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

I will do everything I can to resolve any issues promptly. However, please note that damages incurred during shipping or lost packages are beyond our control. In such cases, a claim will need to be filed directly with Royal Mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. All shipping has tracking as standard. You will receive your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns with a valid receipt. You must request the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Please contact me as soon as you realise there is something not right with your order at megan@nutmegbooks.co.uk
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. Name, phone number, email address or order number) is required for all returns.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition with the original packaging.
  • Once you have received confirmation that the return has been accepted, please return the item(s) within 14 days.
  • Please note that shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your item has been received and the condition has be verified, your refund will be processed within 24 hours (business days only).

It may take a few more days for the funds to reach your bank account.
